Some great meditations to get you started ... and some
THETA WAVES for general meditations for you to try also.

Take your shoes off
light a candle or two.
Clear your space with sage or incense or a room clearing spray.
Start with some good deep breaths , in through your nose and out through your mouth.
feel your body start to wind down and focus on your breath.
Get comfortable and sit with your back straight
and choose a meditation to get you started.
Keep a journal handy and pen and write what comes to mind .
Start small and work your way up.
