It dawned on me this morning during meditation that everything starts from.
Thought to habit - habit to routine to ritual - to our way of life.
If your habits hold the key to your happiness, what do yours look like?
Hold a microscope up to your habits day to day. Break them down - what is serving and what is holding you back. Look for patterns.
Habits are just patterns that are waiting to be moulded into something beautiful.
Break the habit, and birth the beautiful life that is yours for the taking.
Where do your habits begin?
Mind - your thoughts are the birthplace.
Body - your body is where you put them into an action plan and where your habits manifest in the physical.
Spirit - is where your barometer holds you to your inner knowing of what is good and what isn't, the inner truth.
Striking a balance between the three is the magic source.
We can change our thoughts by acknowledging what isn't working, what is limiting us, and what is growing us.
Body - sometimes biologically we need a little kickstart and help to override old habits and addictions. Addictions to stress and behavioural patterns like keeping busy, never resting, and being everything to everyone at the expense of our nervous systems.
Sometimes it just creeps up and before we know it, we are staring down the barrel of something that has physically manifested into our systems as an illness.
Time to listen to what your body is showing us and find better ways to manage our systems.
Spirit - We all have a soul that has been tapping away, whispering in our ears the truths we all know. The law of attraction - is a great reference to bring you back to being grounded and aware. Soul energy management is learning the art of identifying when you are losing energy meant to take care of yourself.
Where to begin?
Start in your senses. 'Breathe to begin, take time to slow down and actively breathe.

The physical - a game-changing solution has landed for me that has helped me break habits of not fueling my body optimally. Balancing homeopathic drops has helped me gain control of how I fuel my body, knocking out habits of snacking, sugar, overeating, drinking the right amount of water, and balancing my physical energy and nervous system to start repairing and adjusting my sleep to be more solid and restful. These worked super quickly for me, and I have been feeling a lot more aligned spiritually and physically as they are focused on the gut, and as we know, that's our centre of will. I have likened them to your willpower in a bottle taking the grunt of doing the right thing when it comes to what I am feeding myself.
Spirit - a daily meditation ritual and prayer life - is a game-changer. There is a great meditation in the tools, another one from Joe Dispenza about activating the heart chakra and sending love out to the world. Raise your frequency, after all, what we put out we get back, and what we focus on expands. Look at what consumes your thoughts. Do you think about how you look and feel all day long? What can you do to pivot that and solve that energy drain? Fast solutions. Do you think about what you're grateful for and imagine your perfect day? Focus on that as though it is done already. Ask for more of that but know your habits will dictate whether you bring that to life.
Get quiet, co-creating your best self, and little by little tweak the habits that get you to where you know you need to be and deserve to live your best happy life. It starts with you, make your habits your priority, make better ones and work on your inner dialogue to bring forth more of what you want.
